Newcastle United boss Rafael Benitez has suggested that he expects Nottingham Forest to sign Jack Colback.

Forest took Colback on loan last season, and have been in discussions with the central midfielder throughout the summer.
Forest have still not been able to come to an agreement over taking the 28-year-old.
But Benitez has suggested that he still expects Colback to move to the City Ground.
“It’s the same situation. He’s already talking with a club [Nottingham Forest], and then I think he will find a solution,” Benitez said.
Forest have already spent considerable funds on new players this summer, but Colback could strengthen their midfield ranks.

Aitor Karanka’s side may want to bolster their options in the middle of the pitch, and Colback comes with pedigree at Championship level.
The former Sunderland man has impressed in the second tier previously, although he appears to have no future at Newcastle.
Colback did not feature at all for the Magpies last season, and Benitez does not seem to see a route back for him this summer.
