Newcastle United are still without a win in the Premier League this season.

Newcastle United’s Ayoze Perez very much seems like a favourite of manager Rafael Benitez, but he should be axed for the next game against Leicester City as his disappointing form this season continues to stretch.
The 25-year-old attacker has started in five of the six Premier League games this campaign, but is still waiting to be involved in his first goal or assist.
Benitez remains loyal to the Spanish playmaker due to his excellent work-rate and he’s shown in the past when on form can be a great goal threat for the North East club.
But he was off the pace in the goalless draw at Crystal Palace at the weekend and a spell on the sidelines would open the door for a teammate to try seize the opportunity.
Perez doesn’t have the blistering pace to make something out of nothing and has been guilty of missing some great chances in the early stages of the season.

The out of form attacker – who earns £45,000-a-week, according to Spotrac.com – isn’t worthy of a spot in the starting XI based on his current form.
Newcastle do have alternative options at St James’ Park they can turn to attack and that would be the best fix for Benitez, as the club continue to search for a first league win.
