Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez’s future at St. James’ Park looks very uncertain.

Perez hit eight goals in his last nine Premier League matches for Newcastle this term, with the Spaniard finishing the campaign very strongly.
Perez has now been linked with a move away from Newcastle, with the Chronicle suggesting that a number of clubs are interested in taking him away from St. James’ Park.
And Benitez feels that Perez is benefitting from finding a consistency to his game now.
“Ayoze is a player that is keen to learn and I am telling him all the time it is about staying consistent,” Benitez revealed.
“He has given us a lot of things.
“But the main thing for me is he knows that he can improve and he is keen to learn.”

Perez has actually had to take on some cricitiism from Newcastle fans, throughout his time at St. James’ Park.
His lack of goals early on in the season was a concern, but he looks full of confidence now.
The end of the season came at the wrong time for Perez, as he was enjoying the finest scoring run of his career.
The 25-year-old now faces an uncertain future at Newcastle, as it is unclear whether the Magpies will look to cash in on him this summer or not.
