Newcastle United will face Huddersfield Town in the Premier League later this month.
The Magpies will return to action on March 31 when they take on Huddersfield at St. James’ Park in the Premier League.
Darlow recently suffered a shoulder injury in training, but manager Benitez expects the 27-year-old goalkeeper to regain full fitness in time for the game against the Terriers.
Benitez told ChronicleLive when asked if Darlow would be fit to face Huddersfield: “We think so. He has a little discomfort in his shoulder. We have to be careful with him – that’s it.”

Martin Dubravka is the first-choice goalkeeper for Newcastle at the moment, and the 29-year-old goalkeeper, signed on loan from Sparta Prague in the January transfer window, will start against Huddersfield.
The presence of Darlow on the substitutes’ bench against the Terriers, though, will be a boost to the Magpies’ chances of picking up all three points from the Premier League encounter.
The 27-year-old goalkeeper has been on the books of Newcastle since the summer of 2014 when he joined from Nottingham Forest, and earns £25,000 per week as salary at the Magpies according to spotrac.com, according to Spotrac.com.
