Newcastle United drew 1-1 with Burnley last night, with Chelsea loanee Kenedy impressing.

Newcastle signed Kenedy on loan from Chelsea last month, and Benitez put the Brazilian straight into his side’s starting line-up last night.
Kenedy impressed as Newcastle picked up a 1-1 draw against Burnley at St. James’ Park.
And Benitez feels there is more to come from the 21-year-old, as Kenedy still has room to work on his fitness.

“Kenedy has to improve his match fitness, but in terms of the quality he has – good deliveries and good passes – he’s giving us something, and hopefully he will give us more,” the Spanish boss said.
Kenedy won Newcastle a penalty against Burnley, which was subsequently missed by Joselu, and also set up their goal, which was scored by Jamaal Lascelles.
Kenedy was one of three additions Newcastle made during the January transfer window, with Martin Dubravka and Islam Slimani also signing up.

Newcastle’s point against Burnley has put them in 14th place in the Premier League table, just one point above the drop zone.
The Magpies are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Crystal Palace.
