Everton and Newcastle United have been linked with Spartak Moscow winger Quincy Promes in the summer transfer window.

The 26-year-old Netherlands international winger is a very talented player who would be a good signing for Everton or Newcastle.
The former FC Twente star scored 15 goals and provided seven assists in 25 Russian Premier League starts this season, according to WhoScored.

While it would be a risk for the Toffees or the Magpies to sign Promes, he would be a good signing in the long run.
While joining Everton would be more tempting for Promes, perhaps the winger should choose Newcastle instead.

The Toffees are a hugely ambitious club, and new manager Marco Silva will be under immense pressure to get results.
Newcastle manager Rafael Benitez knows how to get the best of players, and playing at St. James’ Park would allow Promes time to settle in the Premier League and adapt to the football in the top flight of English football.
