Ebere Eze has earned rave reviews since breaking into Queens Park Rangers’s first team at the start of 2018, with Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Crystal Palace among the clubs said to have taken a shine to the 20-year-old.

But any interested parties may wish to proceed with caution given what some QPR fans are saying Eze’s latest display, a 1-0 win for Steve McClaren’s side against Reading.

Eze played 80 minutes against the Royals, who were downed by a Toni Leistner goal midway through the second half, but failed to impress the following R’s supporters…

Well done #QPR. Formation worked well. I thought Eze was weak. needs to work on his strength. would prefer freeman in the hole. Eze needs to stop playing with his back to goal. Wells needs to make runs towards goal and stop curving his runs towards the wing.
