Queens Park Rangers drew 1-1 with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light yesterday.

Queens Park Rangers have called for Ian Holloway to use Idrissa Sylla more often, as they feel he is their best striker.
Sylla scored QPR’s goal, as they drew 1-1 with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light yesterday.
The powerful forward finished from close range to put his side into a lead, and could have had a hatful if he had been more clinical.

Sylla had plenty of chances to double QPR’s lead, but he was unable to convert, and Holloway’s side were made to pay.
Aiden McGeady scored the equaliser for Sunderland, as QPR failed to hold on to win in the contest.
Sylla’s performance has still earned him great credit from Rangers supporters, who are now keen to see the target-man given a run of games.
Sylla has made just two starts for QPR in the Championship so far this season, with most his chances coming off the substitutes’ bench.
Sylla has two goals to his name over the season to date, but he should have staked his claim to stay in Holloway’s line-up for the weeks ahead now.
