Queens Park Rangers beat Watford 2-0 in a pre-season friendly match yesterday.

Queens Park Rangers owner Tony Fernandes has singled out Ben Gladwin and Conor Washington for praise, after their friendly victory against Watford.
QPR strolled to success against the Premier League side at Vicarage Road yesterday.
Rangers took the lead through Sebastian Polter, before Washington finally broke his goalscoring duck, and rounded off the scoring.

The performance was a very positive one from Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s side, and Fernandes was pleased with the result.
QPR have now played their final pre-season friendly, ahead of the competitive campaign.
The London side kick off their Championship season with a match against Leeds United at Loftus Road next weekend.
QPR go into the campaign as one of the outsiders for promotion, after a summer where they have attempted to cut costs.
The R’s finished in 12th place last term, and will be hoping to improve on that performance this time around.
