The Australian did admit the numbers involved does get to his head, after revealing previous offers.
QPR recently lost one of their star players to the Chinese football revolution. 28-year-old Dutchman Tjaronn Chery left the club at the start of the month to sign a lucrative deal with Guizhou Zhicheng with QPR helpless to prevent him from going considering the money involved.
Now another QPR star has admitted he has had offers to go play for riches in the Far East.
Australian international Massimo Luongo has been speaking to beIN Sports Australia about his career and spoke of interest from China.

He admitted the money involved was bound to be tempting, but that he was happy playing in England for the time being:
“Probably once a month there’s always someone trying to get me over there … someone that could probably profit from it as well.
“But it doesn’t interest me.
“When the figures start floating about, it does start getting it my head a little bit.
“I want to keep proving myself at the highest level.”

Chinese clubs previously looked for Asian confederation players, which Luongo qualifies for as an Australian, to fill their non-Chinese Asian player quota but that rule has recently changed, so Luongo is now likely to be less in demand among Chinese Super League teams now.
The 24-year-old has become a regular in the QPR side and has featured for the Championship team 23 times this season and Ian Holloway would not like to see him go.
His clear desire to reject the Chinese temptation and the latest rule change should keep him at Loftus Road for now.
