Queens Park Rangers lost against Brentford in the EFL Cup on Tuesday.

Queens Park Rangers have been knocked out of the EFL Cup by Championship rivals Brentford.
Rangers suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat to Brentford at Loftus Road in the second round of the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening.
The Bees were the better team from start to finish and deservedly won the tie to progress to the next round.
Brentford took the lead after just 10 minutes when Ariel Borysiuk turned Florian Jozefzoon’s cross into his own net, and John Egan made it 2-0 with a free header nine minutes later.
Neal Maupay made it 3-0 to the visiting team just past the half-hour mark, but Darnell Furlong reduced the deficit for QPR two minutes before half time.
The visiting team’s Joshua Clark fired into the bottom corner seven minutes from full time to wrap up a 4-1 win for QPR.
QPR fans were not happy with the performance of the team, and have criticised the displays of 25-year-old central defender Steven Caulker and 26-year-old striker Idrissa Sylla.
