Queens Park Rangers boss Ian Holloway has picked out three Leeds United danger men ahead of this weekend’s clash between the two teams.
The match pits 14th place against fourth, with Leeds occupying a play-off spot and looking to keep up a largely impressive home record.
Speaking to QPR’s official website, Holloway picked out Leeds striker Chris Wood as the best forward in the Championship.
He also highlighted teenager Ronaldo Vieira, who has been a regular in the Leeds XI this season.
Holloway said: “Chris Wood is the best striker in the division, and we have to try to take care of him.
Vieira made his first competitive start for Leeds in the 3-0 loss to QPR on the opening day of the season, but acquitted himself well from an individual stand point.
He has been impressive over the course of the season, showing an ability to cope with the step up from youth football to the Championship, with just one season in Leeds’ academy under his belt.
With 27 league appearances this season to his name, he has helped Leeds forget about the departure of Lewis Cook, who was sold to Bournemouth last summer.
