Queens Park Rangers have signed former Nottingham Forest hopeful Jake Mulraney today.
Queens Park Rangers have signed Jake Mulraney after the youngster did enough on a trial to convince the club to offer him a contract.
The former Nottingham Forest prospect played for QPR in a development match last month and clearly caught the eye in the fixture against Reading.
Mulraney has signed a contract which keeps him at the London club until 2015, while the R’s take a further look at his ability.
A winger renowned for his dribbling skill, Mulraney has received international recognition for his talent previously and he will be looking to prove to QPR that he has a Premier League future.
Mulraney will go straight into QPR’s development squad, where his progress will be closely monitored by youth team coach Steve Gallen.
The 18-year-old has already been capped by the Republic of Ireland at under-19 level five times and he has claimed three assists in those matches.
