After missing most of the end of last season through suspension, Souleymane Doukara is aiming to enter 2016/17 in top shape.
The striker has been working hard on his fitness with one on one personal training sessions in Paris during the past month, rather than sitting idly or partying on holiday.
A number of brief video clips of his training have been posted on Instagram, showing what the ‘Duke’ has been up to.
Doukara missed eight games at the end of last season after a suspension for biting Fulham defender Fernando Amorebieta.
He has been at Leeds for two seasons, experiencing mixed spells under the various head coaches he has played under.

It was under recently departed boss Steve Evans under who he played his best football, picked regularly early in 2016 with Chris Wood out injured.
Last season he showed he can be a useful squad player, able to chip in with goals and make an impact off the bench – having been sent to the under-21s under Neil Redfearn and Uwe Rosler.

Doukara is evidently hoping to gain an edge to impress new head coach Garry Monk, who was appointed earlier this month.
If he makes a good impression in pre-season then Doukara could secure his place in Leeds’ squad next season – and whether fans want him in the team or not, at the very least his attitude should be commended.
