Liverpool take on Sunderland, Manchester United, Swansea City, Chelsea and Hull City in their next five matches.
We attempt to predict the results of Liverpool’s next five Premier League matches.
Sunderland (away) – 3-1 win
Sunderland may have improved slightly recently, but they are still one of the weaker sides in the Premier League.
If Liverpool really want to mount a serious title challenger, they will need to be picking up the three points at the Stadium of Light.
Manchester United (away) – 1-1 draw

A trip to Old Trafford is always going to be a challenge, and if Liverpool can pick up a point against Jose Mourinho’s side, it would be a credible result.
Swansea City (home) – 3-0 win
Swansea look to be locked in a relegation battle, and it is hard to see their defence holding up against Liverpool’s attacking talents. The Reds should win this fixture comfortably.
Chelsea (home) – 1-1 draw

Chelsea’s switch to a 3-4-3 formation has turned their season around, and Antonio Conte’s men have been superb of late. It looks difficult to pick a winner between these two sides.
Hull City (away) – 4-1 win
Hull do not appear to have the talent in their squad required to stay in the Premier League. Liverpool will see a trip to the KC Stadium as a good opportunity to get three points.
