Tottenham Hotspur take on Bournemouth on Saturday in the Premier League, and HITC pundits give their predictions on the likely outcome.
Tottenham Hotspur 4-1 Bournemouth
Another routine victory for Tottenham beckons, and this will be the game Harry Kane gets back among the goals. Bournemouth should have enough about them to stay competitive and get a goal themselves but eventually the game will get away from them.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane
Tottenham Hotspur 4-1 Bournemouth
After thumping four past Watford last time out, expect Spurs to do precisely the same against a Bournemouth side who aren’t exactly watertight. Furthermore, Harry Kane could return to the starting line-up, meaning more reason to expect goals at White Hart Lane.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe
Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 Bournemouth
Tottenham Hotspur are in fine form right now, having won six games on the bounce and really putting the so-called ‘lesser’ teams to the sword. Harry Kane is back and fully fit now, just in case Spurs weren’t scoring enough goals without him. Bournemouth are well-placed, but 35 points won’t see them safe without adding a couple more. I can’t see them getting anything from White Hart Lane though, another routine win for the North Londoners.
Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 Bournemouth
Spurs are the team to watch right now in the Premier League and are scoring goals for fun. Bournemouth’s leaky defence could be in for a real hammering this weekend, as Pochettinho’s men look to keep up the heat on Antonio Conte’s Chelsea.
Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 Bournemouth
Bournemouth look more dangerous than they did just after Christmas, but it is hard to look past Spurs at the moment, and their sensational attacking stars. Harry Kane is back too, and is likely to start – I expect him to get a couple of goals.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino
Tottenham Hotspur 4-0 Bournemouth
Tottenham are the league’s second top scorers at home, while Bournemouth have the second worst away defence. I think I can see where this one is heading.
