Speaking on the Wrighty’s House Podcast, Ian Wright has been singing the praises of Stefan Bajcetic after, yet another, promising performance for Liverpool.
The Spanish midfielder has come into the first-team since the World Cup break, and he’s looked right at home since breaking into the side.
Wright was, once again, impressed by this young man against Everton on Monday, and he says that this is a young player who has got absolutely everything.

Bajcetic has everything
Wright hailed the teenager after his showing against the Toffees.
“He did a cross-field ball, Bajcetic, and the crowd were like ‘woah’. If Thiago had done it you say it’s a nice pass, but because he did it everyone said ‘woah’. They should be hyped about him because he’s got everything, he’s got everything wrapped up in what he does. He’s a six, eight and 10 he can do all of that,” Wright said.
Promising
It’s early days, but it’s hard to disagree with what Wright is saying here.
To come into this Liverpool team at the age of 18 and to immediately look like one of the better players in the team is no easy feat, and if he continues to grow in the coming years, he could be a superstar.
Bajcetic has seemingly come from out of nowhere, and now, he’s being spoken about in these sorts of terms by Wright.
It’s been a while since Liverpool’s academy produced a gem like this, Trent Alexander-Arnold is probably the last one, but the Reds do appear to be onto a winner here.
