Everton, Liverpool, Crystal Palace, West Bromwich Albion, Sunderland, Manchester City and Leicester City players feature in Alan Smith’s Premier League Team of the Weekend.

Former Arsenal striker Alan Smith, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, has named Everton and Liverpool players in his Premier League Team of the Weekend for The Telegraph.
Sunderland, Crystal Palace, West Bromwich Albion, Manchester City and Leicester City players also feature.
Smith has put Sunderland youngster Jordan Pickford in goal in his Premier League Team of the Weekend for The Telegraph.
The 22-year-old goalkeeper failed to prevent the Black Cats from going down 1-0 to Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on Sunday evening, but the youngster made a number of saves and helped keep the scoreline respectable.

Everton defender Seamus Coleman is at right-back for his performance in the 3-1 victory over Middlesbrough at Goodison Park on Saturday evening.
Scott Dann of Crystal Palace and Manchester City’s Aleksandar Kolarov are the two centre-backs, while Liverpool’s James Milner is at left-back for his display in the 2-1 win against Chelsea away from home at Stamford Bridge last Friday evening.

Milner’s Liverpool teammate and England international midfielder Jordan Henderson, who scored against the Blues, finds himself in Smith’s team as well.
Everton midfielder Gareth Barry has also been recognised for his performance, while City attackers Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne find themselves in the team as well.
West Brom’s Nacer Chadli and Leicester striker Islam Slimani complete the team.
