Michael Stewart has written in The Scottish Sun that Celtic winger James Forrest could be a huge problem for Rangers defenders Filip Helander and Borna Barisic at Ibrox.
Steven Gerrard’s Rangers will take on John Kennedy’s Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Cup on Sunday.
Central defender Helander is likely to start, so will Barisic at left-back, and former Hibernian and Scotland international midfielder Stewart believes that if Celtic winger Forrest plays, then he could get the better of them.
Stewart wrote in The Scottish Sun: “But for me, James Forrest’s fitness could be key to Celtic’s hopes. Rangers are potentially vulnerable in the wide areas, and the winger would be a major asset at Ibrox.
“That channel between Filip Helander and Borna Barisic on the left of the Rangers defence is where Celtic can get joy.”

James Forrest to play against Rangers?
Forrest suffered an injury against Livingston, and there is doubt on whether the winger will be fully fit in time to start against Rangers.
Celtic interim-manager Kennedy has told The Daily Record that the Scotland international winger is progressing well.
The 29-year-old is a very good winger, and him starting against Rangers would enhance the Hoops’ chances of winning the Old Firm derby.
According to WhoScored, Forrest has made five starts and four substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Celtic so far this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist in the process.
