Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are ahead of Arsenal at the moment, suggests Robbie Savage.

Former Leicester City midfielder Robbie Savage has suggested in The Mirror that Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are better than Arsenal at the moment.
Chelsea look set to win the Premier League title this season, while Tottenham could end up in second place.
As for Arsenal, the Gunners are currently in sixth position and may not finish in the Champion League places.
This has been a hugely disappointing season for Arsene Wenger’s side, and Savage, who works as a pundit for BBC Sport and BT Sport, believes that at the moment they are London’s third best team.
“One team in London?” Savage wrote in The Mirror. “As things stand, Arsenal are not only well short of being the best team in the country – they are only the third best team in the capital.
“If you were a £75 million player who fancied joining a Premier League team in London, you would join Chelsea – because they are going to win the title by a distance.
“And your second choice, right now, would be Tottenham, who have a brilliant young manager in Mauricio Pochettino and they are likely to be a real force when they move into their new stadium. Third rate in London. Has it really come to this, Arsene?”
Despite this season’s problems, Arsenal remain one of the biggest clubs in the world, and good players will be attracted to the Emirates Stadium.
However, it is clear that the North London outfit need a shake-up. If Wenger does remain at the club next season, then he has to buy quality players in order to make the team competitive.
Arsenal finished as high as second in the Premier League last season, and they can challenge for the title again in the coming years.
