Former Celtic player Adam Virgo is a former teammate of Everton-owned Preston North End winger Aiden McGeady.

Former Brighton & Hove Albion and Celtic player Adam Virgo has stated on social networking site Twitter that Aiden McGeady is one of the best players he has played with.
McGeady is currently on loan at Championship club Preston North End from Premier League outfit Everton.
Virgo, who now works as a pundit for talkSPORT and BT Sport, played with the 30-year-old Republic of Ireland international winger at Scottish giants Celtic.
Virgo made the comments following Preston’s victory over Brentford at home in the Championship at the weekend.
Former Spartak Moscow winger McGeady started the match at Deepdale and played for 87 minutes, as Simon Grayson’s side got the better of Brentford 4-2.
The Everton-owned winger scored twice for the home team, first in the 18th minute and then on 75 minutes.
Preston will return to action this evening when they take on Birmingham City at home in the Championship.
The Lilywhites are 11th in the league table at the moment with 45 points from 31 matches and are in the running for a playoff spot.
