PSV have told Cody Gakpo that they plan to sell him in the January transfer window amid interest from Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United and Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United, according to The Mirror.

The report has claimed that Arsenal, Newcastle, Manchester United and Real Madrid all are serious about the £50 million Netherlands international forward.
PSV have told Gakpo, who played for the Netherlands international at the 2022 Qatar World Cup, that they will sell him in the middle of the season to ‘avoid heavy financial losses’.
The forward ‘will make his decision over Christmas’, according to the report.

Decision imminent
It seems that PSV forward Cody Gakpo will make a decision on his future imminenty.
The January transfer window will open soon, and based on this report in The Mirror, it appears that the Netherlands international forward will have decided which club he would like to go to.
Arsenal could do with a forward due to injury to Gabriel Jesus.
Gakpo is a very versatile player who can operate out wide or down the middle.
Described as “dangerous” by former Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie on BT Sport (27 October, 5pm), the forward would be a good signing for Arsenal in the January transfer window.
