There has been plenty of finger pointing going on at West Ham United this of late, just ask Andy Carroll and Michail Antonio.

Individual errors have plagued West Ham throughout 2017 and it has shown on the pitch.
Slaven Bilic’s side sit precariously placed above the relegation zone with just two wins from their opening 10 Premier League games.
The Hammers have dropped four points from winning positions in their last two away matches.
The East Londoners conceded an equaliser with five minutes to play in the 1-1 draw at Burnley and giving away a 97th minute leveller in the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace last time out having been 2-0 up at half-time.
In both games individual errors were to blame with Andy Carroll getting himself sent off with just 25 minutes on the clock and his team in the lead at Burnley before Michail Antonio’s decision to go for goal instead of killing time leading to Palace’s last gasp equaliser.

Marko Arnautovic also left his team in the lurch earlier this season when he was recklessly sent off in a game West Ham lost 3-2 with the last kick of the game.
Supporters will be concerned with their team’s lack of discipline and professionalism this season.
But what should worry anyone connected with West Ham most is the clear lack of true team spirit at the club.
That’s because instead of rallying around and battening down the hatches to get things right, the owners, manager and players have been playing a very public blame game all season long.
David Sullivan blamed Bilic over transfer window deals and vice versa while Bilic publicly flogged new record signing Arnautovic for his sending off against the Saints and he has hardly played since.

Bilic then called Carroll ‘stupid’ and blamed him for the dropped points at Burnley while the manager and his players were queuing up to blame Antonio for the dropped points at Palace despite the fact the hosts had battered West Ham for the second 45 minutes.
Even after the 3-0 home defeat to Brighton recently, details of a heated training ground meeting were leaked to the press, with Mark Noble admitting after the surprise 3-2 cup win over Spurs he did not know how that news got out.
No other clubs in the Premier League are behaving in the same way and it does not bode well for the rest of the season.
Perhaps Bilic needs to address the lack of a real team spirit at the club before blaming anyone else for the club’s terrible start.
