Leeds have been linked to Rangers ace Martyn Waghorn, but it is not the first time.

Leeds United have been linked with a summer move for Rangers striker Martyn Waghorn, with The Mail reporting they are one of a number of Championship sides keen.
Waghorn has thrived at Rangers since signing in 2015, but faces an uncertain future with the plans of new boss Pedro Caixinha unclear.
Waghorn until his Rangers move was embarking on a journeyman career in English football, failing to settle or score regularly. Potentially his spell north of the border has given him the confidence he needed.
This is not the first time Waghorn has been linked to Leeds either, with the Whites once keen on signing him… seven years ago.
The Mirror reported in 2010 that then boss Simon Grayson was attempting to land Waghorn on a loan deal, to bring him in from Sunderland in time for the start of the season.

It was Leeds’ first campaign back in the Championship after winning promotion impressively from League One, and they went onto finish a creditable seventh in the league, a feat which until now they have struggled to get near to.
Leeds were unable to compete financially for Waghorn’s signature, with Sunderland preferring to sell him permanently.
He signed with Leicester City, where he would go on to score against the Whites, and had been on loan the year before.
Spells at Hull, Millwall and Wigan would follow before he signed for Rangers, where he has netted 43 goals in 67 games.
