Prolific Bayern Munich ace Robert Lewandowski warns Celtic

Bayern are more determined than ever as they take on Celtic this week.

Celtic are walking into the cage of a wounded animal when they take on Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena this week.

The German side were embarrassed by Paris Saint-Germain in their last Champions League game, a result which was the tipping point for Carlo Ancelotti’s sacking.

Bayern resultantly have a lot of work to do to seal Champions League qualification, and star striker Robert Lewandowski is not happy.

Speaking to the Munich Abend Zeitung, Lewandowski warned ominously that Bayern will be going all out for victory against Celtic, and that there will be no complacency.

He said: “We have to go from win to win. This is a very important game for us, three points after two games are not enough for us.”

Lewandowski is determined Bayern beat Celtic home and away, and in the process effectively seal their progression to the knockout phase.

Celtic at present have the same number of points as Bayern, with both teams sitting behind PSG, who are destined to finish as group winners.

Bayern’s added focus is a warning to Celtic, that the Scottish champions will have to be at their very best, and even that may not be enough.
