Leeds United won against Birmingham City in the Championship on Friday evening.

Leeds United made it back-to-back wins in the Championship on Friday evening. Leeds got the better of Birmingham City 3-1 away from home at St. Andrew’s in the league.
The West Yorkshire outfit headed into the match on the back of a 1-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday at Elland Road in the league.
Chris Wood was the star of the show for the Whites, as the New Zealand international striker scored twice.
Former Leeds striker Noel Whelan was following the game for BBC Sport, and he was impressed with the performance of Alfonso Pedraza.
Pedraza, who is 20 years of age and plays as a winger, came on as a substitute in the 73rd minute.
The Spain Under-21 international, who joined the Whites on loan from Villarreal in the January transfer window, scored Leeds’s third goal of the match in the 81st minute in a 3-1 victory.
“Pedraza was productive, exciting and hard-working – and he was composed when you needed him to be,” Whelan told BBC Sport. “The way he bounced back up after that challenge showed he can adapt to this league.”
Leeds are fourth in the Championship table at the moment with 64 points from 35 matches.
The West Yorkshire outfit will return to action on Tuesday evening when they take on Fulham away from home at Craven Cottage in the Championship.
