Speaking to England Football’s website, Declan Rice has been hailing Harry Kane’s passing.
Rice was asked if he could take any aspect of one of his teammates’ game which would it be.
The West Ham star could’ve picked anything from Harry Maguire’s heading, Trent Alexander-Arnold’s crossing or Jack Grealish’s dribbling, but instead, he chose one aspect of Kane’s game.
However, rather than pinching Kane’s finishing ability, he chose the England captain’s passing, stating that he believes that the 29-year-old may just be the best passer of a ball in world football.

Rice wants to pass like Kane
Rice hailed Kane’s passing ability.
“Harry Kane’s passing. Oh my God, it is incredible. You can see in the Premier League what he’s been doing during the last couple of seasons and this season. I feel like when he drops in the midfielder position and plays the balls over the top and in between the lines, he is probably the best in the world at doing that at the minute,” Rice said.
Incredible
For some reason, Harry Kane still gets a bit of stick for dropping too deep for both Spurs and England, but when you can pass a ball like he can, you want to be in those areas.
Of course, whether or not he’s actually the best passer in the world is up for debate – we’re sure a certain Kevin De Bruyne would have something to say about that, but he’s definitely up there.
The fact that Rice chose Kane’s passing ahead of his shooting or finishing ability just goes to show how well-rounded the striker’s game is these days compared to his early role as a so-called ‘traditional number nine’.
