September is a key month for football fans, in large part to the annual release of the FIFA video game serious, and Jack Grealish has discovered his rating.
The Manchester City star has received a +1 upgrade from his FIFA 21 rating, with Grealish previously one of Aston Villa and England’s highest-rated players.
This year, however, early signs seem to indicate that numerous England players have received huge boosts to their FIFA ratings, with the likes of Phil Foden, Mason Mount and Bukayo Saka shooting up to the low-80s.
Indeed, Grealish was one of the most entertaining players to watch last season, and his new FIFA rating is a reflection of his final year with Aston Villa.
The Midlands side likely to have some highly-rated players in the form of Emi Martinez, Emi Buendia and Ollie Watkins. But some Villa fans on social media were surprised with what Grealish will have for that start of FIFA 22.
After all, the attacker never had as high a rating as 84 during his time with Villa. And some supporters on social media believe that Grealish only got a boost in FIFA due to his move to City.

The England international moved to the Manchester giants this summer in a blockbuster £100m move, a British transfer record.
Here’s what some Villa fans had to say about Grealish’s new FIFA rating on Twitter…
