Here are our predictions for the next round of Premier League action.
Liverpool v Everton
This is a fixture the Toffees have struggled in through the recent past. They have the worst defence in the Premier League so far this season and it’s difficult to see the home side not taking advantage of that.

Chelsea v Aston Villa
These two sides are surprisingly close in the table. However, the main difference is Chelsea’s attack, which has been scoring goals for fun. If Diego Costa is fit, it’s difficult to see past a home win.

Crystal Palace v Leicester City
Two teams going into this game off the back of important wins. Leicester were impressive in attack against Manchester United but Palace will dig in and provide a different threat at both ends.

Hull City v Manchester City
It’s difficult to see anything other than an away win in this game. City were superb against Sheffield Wednesday in mid-week and will be favourites although Hull will provide a tougher challenge.

Manchester United v West Ham United
There are going to be a few nervous Manchester United fans heading to Old Trafford for this game. Expect a typically gutsy performance from the Hammers but back the home side’s attack to get them out of trouble.

Southampton v Queens Park Rangers
The Saints are one of the form sides in the country at the moment and their defence is the best in the league. It’s difficult to see QPR getting anything from this match and another defeat looks likely.

Sunderland v Swansea City
Swansea’s form has tailed off a little after a good start to the season. They’re still in a great position and should have enough to get at least a point against Guy Poyet’s side, who are always difficult to beat at home.

Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur
Arguably the best fixture of the weekend. The Gunners lost in the League Cup but won at Aston Villa while Spurs would like nothing more than a win at their home of their local rivals. They have equally effective defences but Arsenal have scored more goals.

West Brom v Burnley
The Baggies got three important points on the board from their win against Spurs last weekend and they back that up with a League Cup win. Burnley are fighting to get out of the bottom three and can be confident of at least a point.

Stoke City v Newcastle United
Newcastle are currently bottom of the table and head to Stoke under big pressure to start putting digits in the win column. Stoke have been inconsistent this season but they don’t concede many goals which makes them favourites.
