Yannick Bolasie has stated on Instagram that the Premier League is going to ‘miss’ Arsenal’s, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
It has been well-documented that Aubameyang has left for Barcelona, but neither club has confirmed the deal yet.
Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, has shared on Instagram that ‘Arsenal decided not to pay one single pound for this deal as they only wanted Aubameyang out’.
In the comments section of Romano’s post, former Premier League winger, Bolasie, posted the following message.
“My g,” said Bolasie. “Prem gona miss you. What a player for Arsenal.”
It’s only a matter of time before the deal is confirmed, but it’s a pretty sour ending to life in north London for Aubameyang.
The fastest Arsenal player to 50 Premier League goals is some serious, serious feat given who he is up against.
Added with that, he guided them to FA Cup glory, under Arteta’s reign, and with it whilst wearing the captain’s armband.
But that seriously was the beginning of the end for the Gabon star, who has seemingly gone from hero to zero at Arsenal.
If Mesut Ozil felt his treatment was brutal, well Aubameyang got it a lot tougher because he didn’t even train with the team after being stripped of the captain’s armband.
That was some fall from grace for the player, and when this move to Barcelona is confirmed, he will sure want to shut up a lot of his critics.
