West Bromwich Albion face games against Burnley, Chelsea, Manchester City and Swansea City to close out the 2016-7 season.
We predict West Bromwich Albion’s four May fixtures:
Burnley (A)
The Clarets have relied on their home form to give them a hope of securing a second term in the Premier League.
As Hull City and Swansea City continue to pick up points, Sean Dyche’s team desperately need at least another three points to avoid the drop. Their penultimate home game of the season, against a West Brom side who haven’t won on their travels since December, should be their best opportunity to do so.
That being said, the Baggies did register the most convincing win of their campaign over Burnley back in November. I anticipate a nervy game with Tony Pulis’ men grabbing a point.
Prediction: Draw
Chelsea (H)
Back in 2015, Saido Berahino and Chris Brunt helped Albion spoil Chelsea’s title party with a 3-0 victory at the Hawthorns.
Antonio Conte’s side might arrive in the West Midlands with more to play for if Tottenham Hotspur keep their momentum going in 2nd place. The Baggies did give Chelsea a good game at Stamford Bridge – and they will be aided by the atmosphere of the club’s final home game of the season.
I still think the visitors will take all three points in a closely fought showdown.

Manchester City (A)
The Etihad Stadium has not been a happy hunting ground for West Brom, having picked up one point in nine visits. Expect the Manchester misery to continue as Pep Guardiola’s men look to secure their Champions League spot for next season.

Swansea (A)
Swansea City’s fight for survival could go down to the final day of the season.
If so, West Brom will arrive at the Liberty Stadium looking to exploit the Swans’ relegation jitters. This is another team that the Baggies easily disposed of at the Hawthorns which should give Tony Pulis’ team added confidence heading into the game.
I can see Albion taking advantage of set-pieces to pile the misery on Swansea.
