Tottenham have five fixtures remaining in September across three different competitions.

Spurs will have three Premier League matches this month, while they also enter the Champions League group stages and the Carabao Cup third round.
Tottenham v Liverpool (Premier League), September 15
This is set to be a full-blooded affair at Wembley and there could be fireworks in the first game back since the international break. Spurs coped well with their temporary ground last season, but Liverpool appear to have gone up a gear this year and could just overpower them.
Prediction: Tottenham 1-2 Liverpool
Inter Milan v Tottenham (Champions League), September 18
There are no easy away games in European football and Italian giants Inter are beginning to rediscover some pedigree. But Spurs have good memories of playing against them and would be pleased with a point to begin their group, which also consists of Barcelona and PSV Eindhoven.
Prediction: Inter Milan 2-2 Tottenham
Brighton v Tottenham (Premier League), September 22
Brighton have already upset Manchester United this campaign and are a strong opposition at home, but Mauricio Pochettino’s side have enough quality to break them down eventually.
Prediction: Brighton 0-2 Tottenham

Tottenham v Watford (Carabao Cup), September 26
During a busy run of fixtures, manager Mauricio Pochettino will surely look to rest some key players for the cup. But Spurs’ second string should have enough quality to overcome Premier League opponents Watford, who may also have one eye on the league instead.
Prediction: Tottenham 1-0 Watford
Huddersfield v Tottenham (Premier League), September 29
Huddersfield could well be one of the teams desperately fighting the relegation drop this season and it’s hard to imagine Spurs slipping up against them.
Prediction: Huddersfield 1-3 Tottenham
