West Ham United are set to take on the likes of Southampton, Stoke and Arsenal in their next five matches.

The London Stadium is seen ahead of the English Premier League football match between West Ham United and Swansea City at The London Stadium, in east London on April 8, 2017.

With West Ham United facing a crucial run-in, as they look to stay in the Premier League, we attempt to predict the results of their next five matches.

Southampton (Home) – Win

The pressure will be massively on West Ham here, and a loss would put them in serious danger.

Southampton have been in abject form recently though, and even though the south coast side have changed their manager, the Hammers should have enough to pick up the victory.

Chelsea (Away) – Lose

Chelsea can now attack the Premier League without any European distractions, and they will be determined to pick up a top four place.

It would be a major upset if West Ham were able to get any points at Stamford Bridge.

Stoke City (Home) – Win

This is another crucial home match for West Ham, which could be season defining.

Stoke are one of West Ham’s main rivals in the battle against the drop, and David Moyes’ side really need the three points.

Arsenal (Away) – Lose

Arsenal have been shaky of late, but their record at the Emirates Stadium is strong. Arsene Wenger’s side should get the three points.

Manchester City (Home) – Lose

City have swept aside almost everything before them this season, and even though they could have the title wrapped up by this stage, West Ham will still do well to get anything out of the contest.

Overall: Six points

If West Ham can beat Stoke and Southampton they will have to be pleased, but it may still not be enough to totally confirm their safety.
