Tottenham Hotspur went international break with momentum on their side, after making an impressive start to the season. In this article, we predict the result of their next five Premier League matches after they return to action.

West Bromwich Albion (away) – 2-0 win

West Brom are likely to try and defend their way through this match, but Spurs should have too much attacking prowess for Tony Pulis’ side to cope with.

Bournemouth (away) – 3-1 win

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe

Bournemouth have started to show signs of form, after making a slow start to the season, but their defensive issues are still not fully resolved.

With Tottenham very dangerous in the final third, Mauricio Pochettino’s side are likely to take advantage of any opportunities that they are afforded by the Cherries.

Leicester City (home) – 2-0 win

Leicester have struggled to match last season’s performances so far this season. Tottenham should be winning this match without too many problems.

Arsenal (away) – 0-0 draw

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger

This match is likely to be a major test of Tottenham’s title credentials, and Pochettino will be determined not to lose. A draw would not represent a bad result for either side, and this could be a cagey encounter.

West Ham United (home) – 2-1 win

West Ham are likely to have recovered slightly after their poor start by the time that they visit White Hart Lane, but Spurs should still be able to overcome the challenge from their London rivals.
