Norwich City will face Middlesbrough, Queens Park Rangers and Reading in their next three games.

Norwich City Manager Daniel Farke celebrates victory after the Sky Bet Championship match between Norwich City and Rotherham United at Carrow Road on December 01, 2018 in Norwich, England.

Middlesbrough v Norwich City, March 30

Norwich City return from the international break with a tough trip to fellow promotion hopefuls Middlesbrough.

The Canaries are currently positioned top of the Championship table, having won their past six games on the spin. Boro, meanwhile, are down in fifth position and have lost their last three games.

Boro and Norwich drew the reverse fixture 1-1 at Carrow Road, while Tony Pulis’s side thrashed the Canaries 4-0 in the same fixture last season. With the stakes high, both teams may be happy to share the points.

Prediction; Middlesbrough 1-1 Norwich City

Norwich City v Queens Park Rangers, April 06

Norwich follow up their trip to the Riverside Stadium with back-to-back home games, the first coming against a QPR side that has slid down the table and could still get sucked in to a relegation battle.

QPR have gone off the boil since the turn of the New Year, losing nine in their last 13 games.

Norwich will see this game as a great opportunity to consolidate their place in the automatic promotion places, and they could grab quite a few goals too as the Hoops have shipped 11 in their last five away games.

Prediction: Norwich City 3-1 Queens Park Rangers

Norwich City v Reading, April 10

Daniel Farke’s side then host struggling Reading, with the Berkshire club placed just one point above the drop zone.

Reading have improved under manager Jose Gomes, and they’ve only lost twice in their last 10 games with those coming against Norwich’s promotion rivals Sheffield United and Leeds United.

With Nelson Oliveira unavailable to play, the Royals are lacking a goal threat while they will look to frustrate the hosts so this one could be one of those games decided by a piece of individual brilliance from the likes of Emiliano Buendia or Teemu Pukki.

Prediction: Norwich City 1-0 Reading
