Arsenal v Chelsea, December 26

Chelsea are in good form at the moment and are challenging for the Premier League title. Frank Lampard’s side are scoring goals for fun and also look solid at the back, and it is hard to see the Blues slip up at the Emirates Stadium in North London. An early goal for Arsenal in the London derby could help them eke out a point, but Chelsea will head into the match as favourites.

Prediction: Arsenal 0-2 Chelsea

Brighton and Hove Albion v Arsenal, December 29

Arsenal will fancy their chances of winning against Brighton and Hove Albion. The key is to take their chances which the Seagulls are likely to give to them. The Gunners should be able to win this game.

Prediction: Brighton and Hove Albion 0-2 Arsenal

West Bromwich Albion v Arsenal, January 2

On paper, Arsenal should win the match at The Hawthorns. After all, West Bromwich Albion are in real danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season. However, the Baggies have a new manager in Sam Allardyce, who will be happy with a point against the Gunners.

Prediction: West Bromwich Albion 1-1 Arsenal
