Here is how we predict Wolverhampton Wanderers and Rotherham United will line-up ahead of their Championship encounter this weekend.

To be played on Saturday 11th March 2017 at 15:00. Venue: Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton

Odds: Wolves 4/11, Draw 7/2, Rotherham 7/1

Wolverhampton Wanderers welcome Rotherham United to Molineux this weekend in the battle to obtain three vital Championship points.

Paul Lambert’s side arrested a six game losing streak with a midweek 0-0 draw with Ipswich Town last time out. However, the disappointing run of form since the turn of the year has positioned Wolves one place, and one point, above the Championship drop zone.

One of Wolves’ issues this season has been the irregularity of which Lambert’s forwards have hit the back of the net – with Jon Dadi Bodvarsson scoring just two goals in 32 league games and alternative option Nouha Dicko bagging just a solitary strike from his 20 Championship appearances so far this campaign.

Wolves will certainly be hoping to increase their goal tally against rock bottom Rotherham – who, despite being just three places below Wanderers, have a massive 19 points less than their opponents and have conceded almost twice as many goals (81).

Wolves' Jon Dadi Bodvarsson looks dejected

Ahead of the game Lambert will decide whether to reinstall the standout Helder Costa, after the former Benfica man sat on the substitutes bench for the majority of their last match – and is also likely to give consideration to another attacking threat, the fit again Ivan Cavaleiro.

With Dave Edwards deployed a little deeper alongside Romain Saiss, an attacking midfield trio of Costa, Cavaleiro and Ben Marshall – behind Bodvarsson – should provide Wolves with the forward thinking approach needed to secure much needed maximum points against the Millers.

Meanwhile, opponents Rotherham could name an unchanged side following a much improved showing against promotion chasing Brighton and Hove Albion on Tuesday – where the Seagulls needed two second half goals to secure the victory.
