Tottenham Hotspur and AS Roma will go head-to-head later this week.

Tottenham Hotspur began their pre-season tour of the United States with an impressive 4-2 victory against Paris Saint-Germain, and it is not long before they will take to the field again, this time against Italian club AS Roma.

Goals from Christian Eriksen, Eric Dier, Toby Alderweireld and Harry Kane ensured it was a good start to the summer for Mauricio Pochettino’s men, even if they conceded an early Edinson Cavani goal and then allowed Javier Pastore to equalise shortly before half time.

Considering the wholesale changes Tottenham made at the break last time out, it would be no surprise to see many of those who arrived in the second period kick off proceedings this time around.

There could then be chances for some of the youngsters who waited patiently on the bench on Saturday, while exciting prospect Tashan Oakley-Boothe will also be hoping to build on his impressive 45-minute outing with another run-out this week.

From those who started on the bench against PSG, Kane, Alderweireld, Victor Wanyama, Kieran Trippier, Dele Alli, Kevin Wimmer and Michel Vorm will all be hoping to feature, while Will Miller could play in the relatively unfamiliar role of left-back after doing the same last summer.

With that in mind here is how we predict Tottenham will line up against Roma in the early hours of Wednesday morning:
