Tottenham Hotspur are back in action tonight as they host Liverpool in an important Premier League clash.

Spurs sit one point behind Liverpool in the Premier League table, and both sides will be looking for three points to move back into the top four.

Spurs do have some injury concerns ahead of the game though, and Jose Mourinho may choose to make some changes for the visit of Jurgen Klopp’s side.

With that in mind, here’s our predicted Spurs lineup for tonight’s game…

Joe Hart started in the FA Cup win over Wycombe Wanderers on Monday night, but we’re back Hugo Lloris to come back in for tonight’s game.

Serge Aurier should start at right back with Matt Doherty struggling, whilst Sergio Reguilon’s injury leaves Mourinho with a problem at left back.

Ben Davies is carrying a knock, but he should start; if not, it would likely be Japhet Tanganga coming in at left back, whilst Joe Rodon looks primed to start alongside Eric Dier having been on the bench against Wycombe.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is a Mourinho favourite and should start in midfield, with Moussa Sissoko joining him in the Tottenham engine room.

Tanguy Ndombele will likely feature as the number 10, with Son Heung-min on the left flank and Steven Bergwijn on the right as the Dutchman looks to make up for a disappointing night at Anfield in December.

Harry Kane will of course lead the line in the Spurs attack barring a late injury or pandemic-related issue, with Carlos Vinicius dropping out.

Hart, Toby Alderweireld, Tanganga, Harry Winks, Lucas Moura, Gareth Bale, Erik Lamela and Vinicius are strong contenders for the bench tonight.

Tottenham predicted XI: Lloris; Aurier, Dier, Rodon, Davies; Hojbjerg, Sissoko; Bergwijn, Ndombele, Son; Kane.
