Here is how we predict Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa will line up this weekend:
To be played on Sunday 13th March 2016 at 16:00. Venue: Villa Park, Birmingham
Odds: Aston Villa 6/1, Draw 31/10, Tottenham 1/2
Tottenham Hotspur travel to Villa Park on Sunday to take on Aston Villa in their latest Premier League clash.
Spurs are currently second in the table, five points behind leaders Leicester City with nine matches remaining, so this is a game they must take seriously despite Villa’s place in the table.
Remi Garde’s men are currently bottom of the pile, nine points clear of safety with little chance of survival at this point. But Tottenham will know they must treat this encounter like any other or risk having egg on their faces come the final whistle.
With Leicester not playing until Monday evening Tottenham have the chance to close the gap to just two points and put some pressure on the Foxes.
In early team news, Tottenham are without Jan Vertonghen while Clinton N’Jie is still returning to match fitness.
As for Villa, they cannot call on Jordan Amavi, Adama Traore, Carlos Sanchez or Jack Grealish.
