Tottenham Hotspur travel to the Britannia to face Stoke City on Saturday.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur squad will have nearly a clean bill of health when he takes his Spurs squad to Stoke-on-Trent ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash against Stoke City.
Only young midfielder Harry Winks will be unavailable for selection as he continues his recovery from an ankle injury that has hampered his progress for the entire 2017-18 campaign.
Harry Kane miraculously returned to the substitutes bench against Chelsea last time out at Stamford Bridge and he is likely to be available from the off this weekend against Paul Lambert’s relegation-threatened Stoke.
Toby Alderweireld has also recovered from a long-term hamstring problem but Pochettino has decided against including the Belgium international in his squad of late as doubts continue to surround his future.
It means the Argentine boss is likely to make only one change that saw Spurs dismantle Chelsea with an excellent 3-1 win, that being the return of Kane to the starting line-up.
Though the return of Kane is obvious, it remains to be seen if 25-year-old Son Heung-Min reverts to attacking midfield alongside Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli – or indeed Erik Lamela keeps his place.
