Tottenham travel to Anfield ahead of Sunday’s clash against Liverpool.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are likely to be made to wait for a glimpse of new signing Lucas Moura from the start, as he should only be selected for a place on the bench come Sunday afternoon.
Spurs travel to Anfield to face Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in what could prove to be a crucial match for a place in the top four, with fifth-placed Tottenham currently two points behind Liverpool and Chelsea.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side confirmed a deal to sign 25-year-old Lucas from Paris Saint-Germain on deadline day, with just hours remaining before the window slammed shut at 11pm on Wednesday night.
But he is surely only ready for a place on the bench after playing just seven times this season, clocking up a minuscule of just 79 minutes of first-team action this season. Devoid of match fitness, he should come on as a sub.

Toby Alderweireld is set to return from injury leaving Pochettino with a clean slate to choose from, but the Belgium international is unlikely to be thrown in at the deep end after a few months out since picking up the injury against Real Madrid.
Serge Aurier has also overcome a calf strain while Harry Winks has shaken of an ankle injury. All three could be in the squad for Sunday’s match, but Pochettino is expected to stick with the side that beat Man United 2-0.
