Tottenham Hotspur are looking to bounce back from a period of poor form when they face Watford this weekend.

Spurs conceded 10 goals in their last two games and fixing the defence has to be a priority.

Tottenham also will be without Hugo Lloris for the first time since his injury, Paulo Gazzaniga will deputise.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino has to balance his selection knowing a Champions League game against Red Star Belgrade follows days later, fortunately a home fixture. It is a must win.

For this reason there is a case to select Dele Alli to see if he can get back on track, having been left out by England amid poor form. A home game against Watford, a side he has a strong record against, is a great fixture.

At right-back Tottenham have a decision to make, and it’s time to give Juan Foyth a run in the position after he got injured there in pre-season.

Juan Foyth of Tottenham Hotspur on February 08, 2019 in Enfield, England.

He started two international games there on Thursday night and Sunday, and this is a good opportunity for him.

Heung-Min Son only played for South Korea away in North Korea on Tuesday and he will probably begin this game on the bench, meaning a chance for Lucas Moura.

Moussa Sissoko may be the unlucky player to miss out in midfield, for Tanguy Ndombele.

Here is a look at how Spurs could line up…
