Sheffield Wednesday will go 15th with a win against QPR on Tuesday.

With relegation all but avoided, Sheffield Wednesday can focus now on ending a difficult campaign as strongly as possible, and beating Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday would see the Owls leapfrog their opponents into 15th place on goal difference.
But while the returns of several key players, with catalysed three successive victories, looked to have revived the mood around Hillsborough, the loss of puppetmaster Barry Bannan and subsequent defeat to Fulham on Saturday suggest these final few weeks will not be as plain sailing as they once seemed.
With another trip to a close-by rival – Hull City – to follow on Saturday, Bannan – who could return for that fixture – might not be the only Wednesday player whose place is up for grabs at Loftus Road.
Lucas Joao and George Boyd looked a little leggy against Fulham, while Daniel Pudil has struggled with multiple games in quick succession previously.

And with Fernando Forestieri and Marco Matias pushing for starts, according to their manager, Jos Luhukay, the Dutchman at least have options should he wish to mix up his Owls side.
Cameron Dawson, Liam Palmer, Jordan Thorniley, Glenn Loovens, David Jones, Jacob Butterfield and Jordan Rhodes are also on stand-by for Wednesday, who still have 11 players absent.
Here’s how they could look at QPR…
