Rangers continue their Scottish Premiership campaign with an a way match against Partick Thistle on Friday evening, and the Gers will know that a comprehensive victory could take them top of the pile, for a few hours at least.
Pedro Caixinha’s side are currently fourth in the table with 10 points from their first five matches, while leaders Celtic are just three points better off, with a four-goal advantage to boot.
Rangers have been in free-scoring mood in recent weeks, netting three against Ross County and four against Dundee, and another high-scoring win would be the ideal response to those critics who felt the Gers could not challenge the Bhoys as early as this season.
Rangers have no fresh injury concerns and given the way they have been playing, Caixinha should go with most if not all the players who served him so well last time out.
After coming off the bench to score against Dundee, Josh Windass could be the most likely change, replacing Niko Kranjcar in the starting XI, while in-form Alfredo Morelos will be hoping to maintain his outstanding recent form.
