Here is how we predict Glasgow Rangers will line up against Hamilton Academical this week:

Rangers take on Hamilton Academical on Friday evening as they bid to put the disappointment of their Old Firm defeat behind them.

The Gers headed into their Scottish Premiership clash against Celtic with high hopes, but the Bhoys ran out comfortable winners and it is now up to Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha to get his side back to winning ways as soon as possible.

That starts this week, with the Gers looking to move back into the top three after slipping down to fifth after recent disappointments.

In contrast, Friday’s hosts are eighth, four points worse off than Rangers but with home advantage, and Caixinha will know his men cannot afford to lose after dropping five points in recent games against Celtic and Partick Thistle.

In early team news, Rangers could welcome Bruno Alves and Declan John back into their starting line-up with both defenders hopeful of being fit for Friday’s clash.

The pair missed the Old Firm clash and were solely missed so expect both to start if they are available.

With that in mind here is how we expect Rangers to line up on Friday night:
