Rangers play host to Aberdeen on Wednesday night at Ibrox.

Rangers manager Graeme Murty will have plenty of big selection decisions to make ahead of Wednesday night’s clash against Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership at Ibrox.
The 43-year-old manager, who has been given the role in the dugout until the end of the season, has brought in four new players as well as recalling Andy Halliday and Michael O’Halloran from their loan spells.
Jason Cummings, Jamie Murphy, Sean Goss and Russell Martin have all agreed loan moves this month to Ibrox, and they are in with a shout of earning their first start against the Dons in what is a hugely important match.

Aberdeen sit three points above Rangers in second place but Derek McInnes’ side have an inferior goal difference and that means a Light Blues victory will see Murty’s side climb into second place.
However, the task of securing three points will be a difficult one when looking at the Rangers treatment table. Bruno Alves, Graham Dorrans and Kenny Miller are all long-term absentees, while the Scottish Sun claim Ross McCrorie could miss seven league games.

Captain Lee Wallace is working towards a return and it remains to be seen if he can achieve a place on the bench, but Ryan Jack is unlikely to be risked against his former side as he struggles to overcome a knee injury.
The injury concerns should see Murty start three new signings in Murphy, Martin and Goss, leaving Cummings on the bench in what could be a new formation to include winger Murphy.
