Here is how we predict Norwich City and Newcastle United will line up this evening:

To be played on Tuesday 14th February 2017 at 19:45. Venue: Carrow Road, Norwich

Odds: Norwich 6/4, Draw 23/10, Newcastle 9/5

Newcastle United head to Carrow Road tonight to take on Norwich City in their latest Championship clash.

The Magpies are currently top of the table, one point ahead of second-placed Brighton & Hove Albion with 30 matches played.

In contrast, Norwich are seventh with 50 points, two behind sixth-placed Sheffield Wednesday having played a game more.

While Newcastle would often be the favourites for this encounter, home advantage could give Norwich the edge, especially with the Magpies’ form dipping somewhat after their electrifying surge earlier in the campaign.

Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez

A win for Norwich will give them the confidence to break back into the play-off places and stay there while Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez will understand the importance of keeping Brighton, and the chasing pack, at bay.

Dwight Gayle is back in contention for Newcastle but is likely to start on the bench, while Mo Diame should be dropped after his awful showing last time out in favour of Ayoze Perez.

With all that in mind here is how we expect Newcastle and Norwich to line up on Tuesday evening in a real six-pointer of a clash:
