Here is how we predict Newcastle United will line up against Leicester City:
To be played on Monday 14th March 2016 at 20:00. Venue: King Power Stadium, Leicester
Odds: Leicester 8/13, Draw 14/5, Newcastle 5/1
Newcastle United travel to Leicester City on Monday evening for their latest Premier League encounter, and with the Magpies fighting a relegation battle every point will be vital between now and May.
That said the Foxes are desperate for the points for a very different reason, with Claudio Ranieri’s side top of the table with just nine matches remaining and a favourable fixture list over their nearest challengers.
The last time these two sides met Leicester ran out 3-0 winners in what was one of many poor performances from the Magpies this season.
There is still plenty of time to put things right, however Newcastle must be considerably better than in their last outing when they lost 3-1 to Bournemouth.
In early team news, Newcastle are without Tim Krul, Massadio Haidara, Gabriel Obertan and Ivan Toney, while there are major doubts regarding Fabricio Coloccini and Chancel Mbemba.
As for Leicester, they are without Matty James due to a lack of match fitness but have an otherwise clean bill of health.
