Jordan Henderson is also a major doubt for the Merseyside outfit, having limped off in the early stages during England’s win over the Czech Republic on Friday night.
Jürgen Klopp told reporters earlier this week how Xherdan Shaqiri should be ok for this weekend’s match, however.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joe Gomez have returned to full training, but Sunday’s game against Tottenham will likely come too soon for the Liverpool duo.

The Reds desperately need to win the game, and the only change that Klopp will likely make is James Milner in for Alexander-Arnold at right-back.
